浮任村是饶平县海山镇下辖的行政村，在镇政府驻地的西北方向约3.4千米。[2]宋末元初，福建莆田林氏迁来建村，因地处海边积沙成洲，取名意为海中浮上来的小洲，后音转为今名。[2]

历史沿革[edit]

此地1951年先归浮任乡，1958年为浮任大队，到1983年才复设浮任乡。[1]1986年有了浮任村委会，1990年改为浮任管理区，1999年重新设立浮任村委会，沿用至今。[1]

经济[edit]

全村2005年的经济总收入为4755万元。[2]

文化遗存[edit]

侯山摩崖石刻位于村内侯山上，当地俗称「松磐石刻」，刻于清代；2011年4月列为县级文物保护单位。[3]

荣誉[edit]

2019年9月，浮任村列入「2018年广东省“民主法治示范村（社区）”创建单位」名单。[1]2020年8月，浮任村列入首批广东省「一村一品、一镇一业」专业村名单，主导产品为南美白对虾。[1]2021年12月，广东省爱卫会授予浮任村「2021年广东省卫生村」荣誉称号。[1]
