历史沿革[edit]

1951年为湖水乡；1958年成为大队；1983年又为乡；1986年改设村民委员会；1990年为管理区；1999年重设村委会，今仍沿用。[2]

产业[edit]

村里的主要农产品有菠萝蜜、葡萄柚、榴梿等，气候属亚热带海洋性季风气候，降雨量大而分布不均。[3]

荣誉[edit]

  • 2019年9月，湖水村列入2018年广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单。[1]
  • 2026年3月，湖水村被认定为「广东省第三批“百千万工程”典型村镇」。[1]
