下岱村是柘林镇下辖的行政村，城乡分类为村庄。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
下岱在1951年为乡，1958年改设大队，1983年复为乡。1986年设村委会，1990年改称管理区；1999年又恢复村委会。[1]
据维基百科所载，陈氏始祖迁居下岱创业，子孙繁衍后分为五房。[2]
名胜古迹[edit]
旗头山炮台遗址位于村东的旗头山峰上，该遗址的兴建可追溯至清康熙五十六年（1717年），炮台坐西北向东南，面朝大海。寨墙以灰沙混合物筑成，高约4米，厚2米，全部占地约1200平方米。[1]
经济[edit]
2026年1月，下岱村获评「广东省第二批“百千万工程”典型村」称号。[1] 2023年4月，下岱村列入「2022年广东省乡村治理示范村」创建单位名单。[1] 2019年9月，下岱村上榜「2018年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单。[1]
