西寨村是饶平县所城镇下辖的行政村，前身为1951年设立的西寨乡，当时隶属东界区。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1951年设西寨乡，隶属东界区。1958年设西寨大队，隶属东界公社。1983年改称西寨乡，1986年改称西寨村委会。1990年设西寨管理区，并划归所城镇；1999年仍称西寨村委会，此后沿用至今。[1]

2019年9月，西寨村列入「2018年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）创建单位」名单。[1]
