鸿东村是饶平县所城镇下辖的行政村，1951年设鸿东乡，1999年重新设立鸿东村委会。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1951年设鸿东乡，1958年改称鸿东大队，1983年复称鸿东乡。1986年设鸿东村委会，1990年改为鸿东管理区，1999年重新设立鸿东村委会，此后沿用至今。[1]

2019年9月，鸿东村列入「2018年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）创建单位」名单。[1] 2023年5月，鸿东村获「2022年广东省卫生村」称号，颁授方为广东省爱卫会。[1]
