潘段村为饶平县新圩镇所辖的行政村，村内有县级文物保护单位大夫第。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

据博雅地名网，本村1368年创祖以来一直称潘段。1951年归饶平县第五区的潘段乡，1958年成为浮山公社的潘段大队，1961年转入新圩公社。1983年改设潘段乡，隶新圩区；1986年设潘段村委会，1990年改为管理区，1999年定为潘段村委会至今。[1]

文化遗存[edit]

大夫第位于本村，属私人宅院，朝向为坐西向东，设偏门，内部有“宇公宗祠”及从厝，并带后包构筑。其建成于1891年（光绪十七年），2007年曾修葺；面阔约42米、进深约38米，占地约1596平方米。宅内保存有清代壁画，偏门门额题「大夫第」。[2]

2018年1月，县人民政府将其公布为县级文物保护单位。[2]
