历史沿革[edit]
清代此地隶宣化都黄岗堡，民国时划入浮山区南四乡。1951年设冯田乡，隶浮山区；1958年成为浮山公社下的冯田大队，1961年改由新圩公社领导。1983年复设冯田乡，改属新圩区；1986年起以村委会形式管理，1990年改设管理区，1999年定为冯田村委会，归属新圩镇至今。[1]

2021年12月，该村获广东省爱卫会评定为「2021年广东省卫生村」。[1]
