双罗村是饶平县东山镇下辖的行政村，位于镇域西北部，距镇政府5.4公里，村域包括主村及群彩洋、鸭母坑、双华三个自然村[2]。
历史沿革[edit]
1951年设双罗乡，1958年与水美合并为双美大队，1983年双罗乡与水美乡恢复设置，1986年设双罗村委会，1990年转为双罗管理区，1999年重设村委会，沿用至今[1]。
荣誉[edit]
双罗村入选2021年9月公布的第二批「一村一品、一镇一业」专业村，所属产业为茶叶[1]。
民俗信仰[edit]
村中的三山国王庙供奉三山国王[3]。
