历史沿革[edit]
1951年为德业乡，1958年设大队，1983年恢复为乡，1986年设村委会，1990年为管理区，1999年再设村委会。[2]
农业以美国香瓜、木瓜、四季豆为主，茶叶种植在帮扶下发展，村内建有茶叶加工厂。[1]
村中出产镁煤、锆石、膨润土等矿产，特产包括岭头单丛茶与饶平狮头鹅。[1]
