历史沿革[edit]

1132年（南宋绍兴二年），邱氏的一支由福建迁入三饶镇，之后又有分支来到本地定居。[1]

明代，黄、邱、胡、巫、罗五姓共居共建五聚楼，村名由「五节」改为「五祉」。[1]

茶叶种植面积达4000亩，年产约420吨。村集体经济收入自2016年的1.6万元增至2020年的20.8万元。[1]
