白花洋村位于建饶镇，是镇下辖的一个村庄型行政村，四面群山环绕，一条溪流穿村而过。2021年12月，村庄获得「2021年广东省卫生村」称号。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

1931年2月，饶和埔诏县委的谢卓元在村中组织农民协会与赤卫队，次月又恢复了饶和埔诏县第三区委与区苏维埃政府，村子由此成为革命基地。[2]

1975年，白花洋大队自饶西大队析出。博雅地名网记1983年并入白花洋乡，百度百科记1984年改为白花洋乡。1986年，村委会以白花洋为名设立，1990年为白花洋管理区，1999年起重设村委会，属建饶镇，沿用至今。2007年，一条硬底化公路通到村中。[1][2]

文化[edit]

村民与林屋村的村民共同奉祀“三王爷”，所供庙宇名为赐福宫。[2]
