泮洋村是新丰镇下辖的行政村，城乡分类为村庄，原与锡坑一带同属一地。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
泮洋村的沿革与新康村相近，同出锡坑。1951年为锡坑乡，1958年改设锡坑大队，1962年划归新丰公社。1980年自锡坑拆出的，是泮洋大队；1983年为泮洋乡，属新丰区。1986年泮洋村委会成立并归九村镇；1990年设管理区；1999年为村委会，仍属九村镇。泮洋村委会此后在2004年随九村镇并入新丰镇，改隶新丰镇。[1]
荣誉[edit]
2019年9月，泮洋村列入「2018年广东省“民主法治示范村（社区）”创建单位」名单。[1]
