陈本村位于饶平北部山区的饶洋镇辖境内，村中的詹氏家庙建于明朝天启五年。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

1951年，陈本归陈坑乡管辖，那一时期它隶属饶平县第二区（上饶）。1958年改为陈坑大队，归上饶公社；1973年改属饶洋公社；1983年复设陈坑乡，隶饶洋区。[1]

1986年设村委会，隶饶洋镇；1990年成立管理区；1999年复设村委会，沿用至今。[1]

文化[edit]

百度百科称，詹氏家庙（本支楼）建于明朝天启五年，村里保存有两处清代雍正年间的科举旗杆夹石遗址，另设翰林纪念馆。清代雍正至道光年间，本村出过进士3人、举人4人。[2]
