溪背楼村位于饶平北部山区，是饶洋镇辖下的一个行政村。该村近年先后获得省级的乡村建设与治理方面的称号。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

1951年，溪背楼一带归陈坑乡管辖，那时的行政区划是饶平县第二区（上饶）。1958年改称陈东大队，归上饶公社；1973年改设水东大队，划入饶洋公社。[1]

1983年设祠西乡，归饶洋区；1986年成立溪背楼村委会，隶属饶洋镇；1990年设溪背楼管理区；1999年恢复村委会名称至今。[1]

百度百科引用的2012年数据为：184户、699人，耕地167亩，人均纯收入4628元。[2]

荣誉[edit]

2026年1月，溪背楼村获评「广东省第二批“百千万工程”典型村」。2023年4月，该村列入「2022年广东省乡村治理示范村」创建单位名单。[1]
