下善村是上饶镇下辖的行政村，村内有新华楼。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

1951年为下善乡，归县第二区管辖；1958年建下善大队；1983年恢复下善乡；1986年成立下善村委会；1990年改为下善管理区；1999年设立村委会。[1]

2026年1月，下善村获评广东省第二批「百千万工程」典型村；2022年1月，下善村被广东省乡村振兴局列为「2021年广东省乡村治理示范村」创建单位；2019年9月，下善村上榜「2018年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单。[1]

名胜古迹[edit]

新华楼建于1948年，呈圆形，直径58.4米，占地约3347平方米，前二层、后三层，楼内共36开间。2011年4月被列为县级文物保护单位。[2]
