二善村是上饶镇下辖的行政村，村内有启明楼和二善潮源楼两座土楼。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

1951年为二善乡，1958年建二善大队，1983年恢复二善乡，1986年成立二善村委会，1990年改为二善管理区，1999年重设村委会，沿用至今。[1]

2019年9月，二善村上榜「2018年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单。[1]2020年8月，二善村以茶叶入选首批「广东省一村一品、一镇一业」专业村名单。[1]

名胜古迹[edit]

启明楼在楼子背自然村，清光绪二十五年（1899年）始建，呈圆形，直径100米，占地约7951平方米，为二环围结构。2011年4月，饶平县政府将其列为县级文物保护单位。[3][1]

二善潮源楼始建于清光绪十五年（1889年），呈圆形，直径99米，占地约8431平方米，为二环围结构；2011年4月列为县级文物保护单位，2012年列为广东省第七批文物保护单位。[2]
