历史沿革[edit]
1951年归县第二区，当时名康贝乡；1958年隶上饶公社，称作康贝大队；1975年分立出上文场大队；1983年又成上文场乡，划归上饶区；1986年转为上文村委会，属镇管；1990年改称上文管理区；1999年重新设立村委会，沿用至今。[1]
2019年9月，上文村上榜「2018年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单。[1]
