洪西寮村位于饶平县黄冈镇。据维基百科，清代雍正年间洪氏先祖自福建漳州一带迁入，村名由此而来。[2]

历史沿革[edit]

1951年为洪西寮乡，1958年成为洪西寮大队，1983年又称洪西寮乡。[1]1986年建洪西寮村委会，1990年为洪西寮管理区，1999年设立村委会。[1]
