历史沿革[edit]

1951年成立时隶属黄冈镇镇桥农场；1958年归黄冈公社东升大队；1983年改为东升乡，隶属黄冈镇。[1]1986年改为东升村委会，1990年为东升管理区，1999年又设东升村委会，2002年改设里和睦村委会。[1]

2019年9月，里和睦村入选2018年广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单。[1]
