村名寄托了全村村民幸福美满的心愿。[1]
解放初，此地属浮洋公社；公社化后，1958年划入枫溪公社，并以主村为名设全福大队。1999年，全福大队改为全福村民委员会。[1][2]
荣誉[edit]
2021年10月与2022年10月，全福村两次入选淘宝村名单。[1]
