历史沿革[edit]
村后山巅形似田螺，村前是山窝谷地的湖泽，故名田螺湖。1984年简称为田湖。[1][2]
据安溪村的蓝氏族谱，清雍正年间（1723—1735年），安溪村的蓝乃立到此创乡。[1]
解放前此地为游击区，1949年2月建立村红色政权。[1][2]
1958年以村命名「田湖大队」，1999年改称田湖村民委员会。[1]
自然与经济[edit]
耕地508亩，主种水稻和西瓜；山地9929亩，主种杉树、松树、黄竹和茶。村中两座镇办小水电站的装机容量为180千瓦。[1]
村中有小学1所，有简易公路通镇区。境内的龙潭瀑布是一处名胜。[1]
