历史沿革[edit]
清顺治年间（1644—1661年），黄氏一族从兴宁迁来此地建村，江、李、彭等姓随后也定居于此。此前与紧邻的松水村同叫盛水，因村落规模小才改名小松水，后简称小松。[1]
1958年公社化时属松庵大队，1975年以村命名「小松大队」，1999年改称小松村民委员会。[1]
自然与经济[edit]
耕地200亩，以水稻为主；山地4284亩，种植松树、黄竹、茶和杂果。村办小水电站装机容量40千瓦，有简易公路接通潮松公路。[1]
教育与荣誉[edit]
1984年，侨胞黄培雄捐资建成一座两层的小学校舍。小松村于2023年5月获「2022年广东省卫生村」称号。[1]
