历史沿革[edit]
据安溪村的《蓝氏族谱》，明崇祯年间（1628—1644年），安溪村的蓝时新迁来此地创村。[2]
1958年以村命名「杉坪大队」，1999年改称杉坪村民委员会。[1]
自然与经济[edit]
耕地142亩，以水稻为主；山地3875亩，主要种杉树和松树。村中建有装机容量20千瓦的小水电站，有小学1所，通有简易公路接归赤公路。[1]
荣誉[edit]
2021年12月，广东省爱卫会授予杉坪村「2021年广东省卫生村」称号。[1]
