凤北村是潮安区凤凰镇下辖的行政村，旧名华春，又俗称横村，村名由地处凤凰水库北端而来[2]。
历史沿革[edit]
解放战争时期，潮饶丰游击队与闽粤赣边纵队第四支队曾以此地为根据地[2]。据百度百科，官头輋茶輋山的一处大石洞曾是《自由韩江》编辑部旧址[2]。
此村创于清嘉庆年间。1958年，此地成立凤北大队，1999年改设凤北村民委员会[1][2]。
文化[edit]
2021年12月，广东省爱卫会授予凤北村「2021年广东省卫生村」称号[1]。
2019年9月，凤北村列入2018年广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单[1]。
