历史沿革[edit]
1958年，此地设康美大队；1999年，改为康美村民委员会[1]。
名胜古迹[edit]
缵美楼位于康美村，属清代建筑，2006年列为潮州市文物保护单位[1]。据百度百科，该楼建于1723年，是防备外来入侵用的圆楼式土楼，外墙高而窗口小，楼内聚族而居，有房间35间（缺3间），总高9.6米，占地4000平方米，现居住100多人[2]。
