克安村是潮安区归湖镇下辖的行政村，位于韩江西岸，距镇驻地西北约6华里。它东南面隔江与潭头村相望，西面与北面和赤凤镇交界，南面与绿竹村接壤。全村方圆11.55平方公里。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
1958年公社化时，以主村定名「克安大队」；1999年改称克安村民委员会，名称沿用至今。[1]
姓氏宗族[edit]
克安一片聚落呈三角块状，多为砖木建筑，居民分属13个姓氏。蔡姓于明崇祯年间从丰顺洋岗迁来；吕姓于清康熙年间从饶平溹溪迁来；张、陈、冯、刘四姓于清乾隆年间分别从丰顺简桥、江东镇村头、福建蒲田、丰顺桔举迁来；吴姓于清顺治年间从平远迁来；黄姓于清同治年间从丰顺简桥迁来。[2]
江姓来自丰顺南坑和文祠赤水，于清道光年间在此创居。郭、曾、郑三姓来自潮州，土改时分得田地后落户。杨姓于1952年由赤凤松水迁来。[2]

在2018年广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单中，本村于2019年9月入列。[1]
