仙桥村是广东省潮州市潮安区东凤镇下辖的行政村，东接洋东村，北连龙甲村，西与彩塘镇华二村为邻，南与庵埠镇外文村相接，村子靠近县城。博雅地名网载，截至2013年，村内住户957户，常住人口4750人，男性2363，女性2387。[1]

据博雅地名网，1958年以村名设「仙桥大队」；此前属彩塘公社，1963年起归东凤公社，1999年转为仙桥村民委员会。[1]

  • 2019年9月，村进入「2018年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位的名单。[1]
  • 2021年12月，广东省爱卫会授予村「2021年广东省卫生村」荣誉称号。[1]
  • 2026年3月，村被认定为「广东省第三批百千万工程典型村镇」。[1]
