洋东村是广东省潮州市潮安区东凤镇下辖的行政村，位于镇域南端，东与下园村相接，西与仙桥村毗邻，南与庵埠镇下关村交界，北连内畔村。村离镇政府约7.3公里，离潮安区政府约3.2公里，全村面积1.2平方公里。博雅地名网记载，2013年全村有812户村民、3585人。[1]
