昆江五村是广东省潮州市潮安区东凤镇下辖的行政村，原属鲲江村，位于镇域偏东中部，地处韩江下游平原。北面为博士村，南面为下张村，西面为诗阳村等村。据博雅地名网，村东靠护堤公路，堤外有韩江冲积土洲园约500亩。[1]

交通[edit]

村临江处设渡口两个，渡船通往对岸澄海市的下陈、横陇等地。村南的东彩公路连接护堤公路与潮汕公路。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

据博雅地名网，1958年公社化时，由鲲江村的第五、第六高级社合并，以村名首字命名为「鲲五大队」，1999年改为昆五村民委员会。[1]

荣誉[edit]

  • 2019年9月，村进入「2018年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位的名单。[1]
