肖洪村是广东省潮州市潮安区东凤镇下辖的行政村，位于镇政府东北部，东面傍韩江，北邻横江村，护堤公路经村东通过。博雅地名网记为村域面积约560亩，现有320户、1364人（未注明统计年份）。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

村创立于明朝初期，村中肖、洪二姓是当时横砂寨十姓中的两姓。洪姓先人来自东凤村和潮阳铜壶村，肖姓则出自龙湖村和潮阳溪底村。村名曾有上洪、横砂肖（西）和书阁院（南）等叫法。明万历七年，村人肖日华中举，村中建起书阁，人称书阁院，此称呼流传最广。[1]

1970年，村以名称设为「肖洪大队」，1999年改为肖洪村民委员会。[1]

荣誉[edit]

  • 2019年9月，村进入「2018年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位的名单。[1]
  • 2022年10月，「2022年淘宝村」名单公布，村名列其中。[1]
