东凤三村是广东省潮州市潮安区东凤镇下辖的行政村，位于镇政府东北面，离镇政府不足一公里。村民以陈姓为主，聚族而居。博雅地名网记载，截至2013年，村有563户居民，常住人口2537多人，耕地618多亩。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

村落在宋代宝庆年间立乡，至今已有780多年。1949年10月，东凤乡获得解放；1950年8月改设为潮安县东凤三村。1960年，村与东凤四村合并为东凤三大队，次年又分为东凤三、东凤四两个大队。1983年改设乡人民政府，1991年改为管理区办事处，1998年改设村委会。[2]

经济[edit]

改革开放后，村内民营经济快速发展，以制鞋和五金制品为代表的企业有十多家，吸纳员工300多人。不少农户开办家庭作坊或小生意，家庭收入明显增加；博雅地名网称，2013年人均纯收入超过8000元。[2]

教育与公共设施[edit]

1997年，村民与海外华侨、在外乡贤共同捐资240多万元，建成占地22多亩的新学校，该校2013年获评「潮州市规范化学校」。2004年3月，村建成悟陵园，解决了本村去世村民的骨灰安置问题。2010年，村投资70多万元建成文化活动中心，内设农家书屋、弦乐室、戏台和篮球场。[2]

荣誉[edit]

  • 2021年10月，由南京大学空间规划研究中心与阿里研究院发布的「2021年淘宝村」名单中，村有名。[1]
  • 2021年12月，广东省爱卫会授予村「2021年广东省卫生村」荣誉称号。[1]
  • 2022年10月，「2022年淘宝村」名单公布，村名列其中。[1]
