东凤一村是广东省潮州市潮安区东凤镇下辖的行政村，位于镇府前路西侧，村民以陈姓为主。博雅地名网记载，截至2013年，村中耕地1077亩，总面积为1900余亩；住户1402户，人口6489人。[1][2]

村落的起源可上溯到宋代：宝庆年间（1225年至1227年）已有人在此立乡，乡名为「葱园」。如今村民的收入以民营企业为主，制鞋行业尤为突出。[2]

历史沿革[edit]

村落的创建时间为南宋末年，先民在此种葱、养鸭，故名葱园。清雍正六年，地名改为东凤。1949年以前隶属东凤乡；1958年公社化时，村曾以村名首字命名为「东四村」。[1]

经济[edit]

村内企业涵盖塑料制品、五金不锈钢、化工原料、服装和机械生产。其中鑫华鞋业的年产值接近亿元，在全镇制鞋业中处于领先位置。多数村民外出务工或经营小作坊，博雅地名网称2013年村民人均收入超过8000元。[2]

教育与文化[edit]

村原有一所小学，后重建，校舍的建筑面积为4578平方米，校园占地21亩。至2013年，学校设12个教学班，学生405人，曾获「潮安区德育达标学校」与「潮州市规范化学校」等称号。村设有教育基金会，固定基金为27万元；文体活动中心占地4200平方米。[2]

荣誉[edit]

  • 2019年9月，村进入「2018年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位的名单。[1]
  • 2020年8月，广东省农业农村厅将村列入首批「广东省一村一品、一镇一业」专业村（水产养殖）。[1]
  • 2021年10月，由南京大学空间规划研究中心与阿里研究院发布的「2021年淘宝村」名单中，村有名。[1]
  • 2022年10月，「2022年淘宝村」名单公布，村名列其中。[1]
  • 2023年5月，广东省爱卫会将「2022年广东省卫生村」称号授予村。[1]
