金砂三村位于彩塘镇政府驻地南侧，靠近桑浦山东麓，与金砂一、二村相邻。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1949年初隶属金三联乡。1956年合作化时设灯塔农业社；1958年公社化，撤社设大队，名为金砂三大队；1999年起为金砂三村民委员会。[1]

经济[edit]

2020年12月，村获评「2020年广东省卫生村」。2019年9月，村列入「2018年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单。2020年至2022年，村先后入选淘宝村名单。[1]

文化[edit]

金砂黄氏家族墓位于桑浦山东麓，包括黄直羲、黄遂隐、黄诚直等十二座墓葬。[1]
