金砂二村又名砂陇，位于彩塘镇政府驻地南侧，是金砂一至四村、南方村和金东村六个管理区的驻地之一。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

村址原为曾厝村的一半，故改为金砂曾厝村，其后历称金光大队、金砂二乡，1999年起为金砂二村民委员会。[1]

村的寨史与金砂一村同，始于南宋绍兴廿八年，明嘉靖四十年筑寨，设四门三关。[2]

经济[edit]

2019年9月，村列入「2018年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单。2021年12月，村获评「2021年广东省卫生村」。2022年10月，村入选淘宝村名单。[1]
