仙安村原名杨厝寮，位于彩塘镇政府驻地北侧约三千米，潮汕公路在村西。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
明末仙乐村杨氏雇长工到此搭寮耕作，因而定名杨厝寮。1989年因名称俗气，且村中非杨姓所居，改称仙安。1979年析出设生产大队，1983年成为乡村；1999年起为仙安村民委员会。[1]
经济[edit]
2019年9月，仙安村列入「2018年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单。2021年12月，村获评「2021年广东省卫生村」。2020年至2022年，村先后入选淘宝村名单。[1]
