历史沿革[edit]
社区居委会2002年设立，此后一直沿用这一名称。[1]
社区分市头、市中、市尾、居民区及大池畔新区五个部分。彩塘在清初已形成集市，1982年建设大池畔新区，镇政府此后驻于此处，邮电、银行、税务所等机构也设在这里。[1]
