古楼二村是潮安区金石镇下辖的行政村，位于镇区北侧约1.5千米处，与古楼一村同源，原为古楼（古称古楼寨）自然村分拆而成。村中多为林姓，林氏始祖自宋末从福建莆田古楼乡迁来。[1][2]
村中陈厝保存两处「解元第」，故有「百步双解元」之说。这里也是本镇有名的侨村之一。[2]
历史沿革[edit]
1958年以村名首字命名「古二大队」，因与古巷公社的同名大队重复，1981年改称「古楼二大队」。1999年改为古楼二村民委员会，此名沿用至今。[1]
古迹与人物[edit]
两处「解元第」，一处为清乾隆丙午科解元陈雄恩的府第，一处为清嘉庆五年庚申科解元陈昌期的府第，两处相距很近。[2]
村中古墓「老坟爹」葬的是明嘉靖十九年的举人陈学可，他字古亭，任过崇安知县。[2]
经济与侨务[edit]
耕地多为潮泥田，适种水稻、甘蔗、花生、小麦和生柑，也适于养殖业。改革开放后，农产品加工厂、食品加工厂、木器厂和五金厂等民办企业迅速发展。[2]
旅外华侨多次捐资修建公厅、整顿村容、修建学校。[2]
荣誉[edit]
2021年10月，古楼二村列入「2021年淘宝村」名单。2021年12月，广东省爱卫会授予古楼二村「2021年广东省卫生村」称号。2022年10月，古楼二村列入「2022年淘宝村」名单。[1]
