鹳巢三村的东面与龙湖村接壤，西面紧邻鹳巢二村；南面与东凤镇相接，北面为鹳巢四村。村内是潮州柑的生产基地。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1958年，鹳巢村分成四个大队，各队名取自村名首字，本村为「鹳三大队」；1999年起称鹳巢三村民委员会，至今未变。[1]

人口与经济[edit]

村有耕地1059亩，居民3507人。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2019年9月，鹳三村列入2018年广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单；2022年10月，入选淘宝村名单。[1]
