地理与人口[edit]
村子临韩江，北面与下阁洲相邻，东面有护堤公路通过。村内居民2698人，耕地572亩。种植以水稻、潮州柑为主，另有小麦与蔬菜；韩江滩涂上种有香蕉。[2]
历史沿革[edit]
1914年以前，三英村属海阳县隆津都。1958年公社化时与上社村合并建队，以主村命名为「三英大队」；1999年起称三英村民委员会，至今不变。[1][2]
人物与革命史迹[edit]
明代有进士成子学，曾任两淮监察御史，其后升至苑马寺卿。成氏先祖则来自相邻的龙湖村客巷。[2]
大革命时期，上社自然村曾为党组织开展活动的地点；1928年夏，潮梅特委在此召开各县县委书记会议。[2]
产业[edit]
养殖方面，生猪、塘鱼与三鸟占多数。工副业涉及陶瓷、砖瓦、塑料、小五金与抽纱，规模较大的企业有恒德、胜安、隆裕与新伟成。2005年，村中工农业收入达6500万元。[2]
荣誉[edit]
2019年9月，三英村列入2018年广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单；2026年1月，获评「广东省第二批“百千万工程”典型村」称号。[1]
