浮洋镇是广东省潮州市潮安区下辖的镇级行政单位，位于潮安区中部，东面临韩江，镇政府设在潮汕公路西侧的田墩路段。全镇辖4个社区和35个行政村，总面积38.84平方千米，2019年末户籍人口109090人，俗称“浮洋市”。[1][3]
历史沿革[edit]
关于地名来历，有两种说法。一说此地原本低洼多沼泽，在1067年潮州大地震中抬升成为高地，地名由此而来。[2] 另一说着眼于地貌：该地属韩江三角洲的洪泛平原，原先是一片浅海，海水涨落之间时而成水域、时而露出陆地，故名“浮洋”。[7]
浮洋镇的集镇形成于明代。至明初，此地居民渐多，聚居点随之增加，集镇的雏形逐步显现。[1][5]
清乾隆二十七年（1762年）在浮洋设巡检司，其辖地为海阳县的东莆、大和、登云、登隆、隆津五个都。[5]
民国三年（1914年）此地归潮安县登云区。民国十九年（1930年）撤并登云、登隆、隆津三区，改设云隆区，列为潮安县第六区。[5][6]
1956年2月，原第六区拆分为浮洋、陇美、云步、塘东、银湖、龙湖六个乡；同年12月，各乡又重新组合：云步乡由云步与塘东组成，浮洋乡由浮洋与陇美组成，龙湖乡则包括龙湖、银湖与鹳巢。[5]
1958年9月，浮洋、龙湖以及云步的一部分合设浮洋公社；1961年公社再分为浮洋与龙湖两个。1983年7月公社改为区，1987年3月区改为镇。[5][1]
2013年6月28日，国务院同意撤销潮安县、设立潮安区，浮洋镇随之改属潮安区。[1][5]
浮洋集镇原分为四个联组，1958年人民公社化后各设生产队，1972年改称居民委员会，1987年撤区改镇时定名。永大、和平、胜利三个社区即由这几个联组发展而来，另有中兴社区。[6]
地理环境[edit]
浮洋镇居潮安区中部。东面是韩江；龙湖、金石、沙溪三镇在它的南面一带；西南方向与揭阳市的登岗镇相接，西北则与凤塘镇、枫溪区为邻。镇政府驻地距潮安区13千米，集镇面积约3.49平方千米。[1][2][3]
境内的山岭有青麻山与乌洋山。[2]
经济[edit]
2011年末，全镇农业产值为3.26亿元，工商税收为1.07亿元。2019年，全镇有工业企业558个，其中规模以上的53个；营业面积超过50平方米的综合商店或超市有65个。[1]
博雅地名网的概况页记述的是2004年前后的情况：全镇企业300多家，其中享有直接出口权的19家；镇里设一个工业开发区，面积1.8平方千米，已有28家企业入驻。主导产业包括特种陶瓷、珠绣、服装和纸类制品。[4]
