盛户村为潮安区凤塘镇所辖的行政村，位于镇政府西面约1.5千米处，由刘畔、刑厝和盛户三个自然村组成。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
1949年后，村属鹤陇乡；1958年，驻地在盛户，因而命名为盛户大队。此后，1999年起改设盛户村民委员会，至今仍用此名。[1]
文物与荣誉[edit]
东和苏氏宗祠的所在地跨东和村与本村。[2]
2026年1月，村获评广东省第二批「百千万工程」典型村。2022年10月，村列入淘宝村名单。[1]
