凤岗埔村是登塘镇下辖的行政村，位于大栋寨山南侧，南距登塘墟约2.5公里，有简易公路通往墟镇。[1][2][3]
村址地形呈卧风状，故名凤岗埔。村后蜈蚣岭山坡上葬着明万历年间的潮州籍黄尚书，所以村子又叫黄岗埔。全村居民都姓邱，始祖由长美村迁来。[2][3]
历史沿革[edit]
村子创于清康熙年间（公元1662~1722年）。它与下林村、东寮村同是长美邱姓所建，历史上合称「三乡」。[1][2]
1999年，村子改设凤岗埔村民委员会。[1]
经济[edit]
村民种水稻、甘薯和甘蔗，山地上有松、竹、生柑、茶和杂果，其中茶叶和菠萝最为突出。耕地431亩。[1][2][3]
2024年6月，村内一处新坟地块被纳入潮州市「三旧」改造项目的备案库。[3]
文化[edit]
中华人民共和国成立后，邱姓四村合办「三乡小学」，校址在村前。1985年在校小学生363人，入学率97.2%。[2]
