溪墘寮村是登塘镇下辖的行政村，坐落在西山溪南岸。村子东边与林妈陂一村相邻，离登塘墟约1.5公里。[1][2]

村子创于明代嘉靖年间，因临近西山溪而得名。最早由枫溪吴姓迁入，随后杨姓迁来；博雅地名网称今村有吴、杨两姓，百度百科则说后来还有曾姓迁入定居。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

1974年，村子从林妈陂大队中分出，设溪墘寮大队；1999年改设溪墘寮村民委员会。[1]

经济[edit]

村内耕地333亩，村民以农业为主，主要种水稻和甘薯。1952年以后，村民才分到山地，种杉、松、竹、茶和杂果。[1][2]

文化[edit]

2022年，村里启动修缮吴氏祖祠，通过「祠堂+乡贤」模式筹集资金20余万元，同时保护古树古井。[2]

1984年全村用上自来水。2019年9月，溪墘寮村列入「2018年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单。[1][2]
