地名由来[edit]
先祖在铁岭东侧的丘陵地上建村，周围种了许多枫树，因此得名枫洋。其后，枫湖一带改由政府统一管理，村名遂定为枫洋二村[1]。

百度百科记该村有16个村民小组，共5094人、1109户，党员155人，未注统计年份[2]。
村子以工业为主，民营企业125家，主要做陶瓷卫生洁具，年产值接近3亿元。村民人均收入在2009年为7587元[2]。
荣誉[edit]
2020年9月、2021年10月与2022年10月，该村三次被列入淘宝村名单，其中2022年的一次为「2022年淘宝村」[1]。百度百科称该村曾获广东省民主法治示范村等荣誉，未注年份[2]。

1958年，此地归潮安县古巷公社，称枫二村；1999年改为枫洋二村民委员会，此名沿用至今[1]。
