历史沿革[edit]
据百度百科，该村创于宋代。北宋元符年间（1098－1100年）前后，海阳县令陈坦卸任后选此地定居，并立陈氏大宗庙。1987年，该庙被定为潮州市重点文物保护单位。[2]
博雅地名网记：1987年为巷下村村民委员会，1989年为巷下村管理区委员会，1999年为巷下村委会。[1]
2026年1月，巷下村获评「广东省第二批“百千万工程”典型村」称号；2019年9月，该村上榜2018年广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单。[1] 百度百科称2023年入选「第八批广东省古村落」。[2]
名胜古迹[edit]
陈增陈坦墓位于村内狮山，年代为宋，属古墓葬，2020年4月16日公布为「第四批潮州市文物保护单位」。[3][4]
