历史沿革[edit]
村名与清末的5个自然村有关：永和楼等村落在新中国成立后并为一乡，遂称五乡。[1]
1987年设立五乡村委会，1989年改设五乡管理区，1999年恢复村委会名称。[2]
人口民族[edit]
下辖3个自然村，即白沙寨、宫头与尾寨，人口926人（未注统计年份）。[1]
经济[edit]
