历史沿革[edit]
明初，陈氏在此创立村落，起初分为大巷和坑边两处，后合并称坑巷。[1]
1987年设立坑巷村委会，1989年改设坑巷管理区，1999年恢复村委会名称。[2]
人口民族[edit]
人口约1850人，耕地778亩，山地76亩（百度百科，未注统计年份）；经济以水稻、甘蔗种植为主，出产鸡心黄皮。[1]

村内有音乐喷泉广场、简祖祠等，村中保有侨文化资源。[1]
