磷溪镇位于广东省潮州市，属湘桥区管辖，地处该区东南部，东南与汕头市澄海区接壤，西南面临韩江东溪。2020年6月的统计里，全镇设1个社区、31个行政村，镇政府驻地在溪口村。该镇原属潮安县，2013年改隶湘桥区。[1][4]

历史沿革[edit]

北宋时，磷溪地方属海阳县怀德乡，分为秋溪、水南两都。到清光绪年间（1875年—1908年），东厢、秋溪、水南三都并存于海阳县。民国初年改都为区；1930年划入潮安县第四区，1946年又分归秋水乡与东厢乡。[3]

1952年，第十三区自第四区中划出。1957年，涸溪割出，归潮州镇。1958年9月，第十三区撤销，改设磷溪公社；1960年分成磷溪、福塘两社，1962年年底又合为一社。1983年7月起称磷溪区；1987年3月又改为潮州市磷溪镇；到1992年，它成为潮安县辖下的磷溪镇。[3]

原潮安县辖的磷溪、官塘、铁铺三镇，在2013年6月28日潮安县撤销、潮安区设立的同时，划归潮州市湘桥区管理。[1][5]

地理与人口[edit]

磷溪镇位于湘桥区东南部。东面以七屏山与官塘镇为界，东南与汕头市澄海区接壤，西北与桥东街道、意溪镇相邻，东北部山区与饶平县樟溪镇、铁铺镇相连。[4]

2019年末，全镇户籍人口有89857人。[4] 博雅地名网2021年6月的记载，依第七次全国人口普查结果，称全镇人口为7.06万人，在湘桥区各街道乡镇中居第三位。[1]

经济[edit]

按2002年的统计，工商税收达246万元，工农业总产值则为8.11亿元。[2] 到2019年，工业企业共145家，其中规模以上的有8家；另有12家营业面积逾50平方米的综合商店或超市。[4]

名胜古迹[edit]

丁宦大宗祠在仙田三村，建成于万历十年（1582年），供奉的是潮州丁氏的开基始祖丁允元。祠堂2006年列为潮州市文物保护单位，于2022年7月23日被纳入广东省第十批文物名录，每逢农历十一月十五，祠内都有祭祀活动。[1][6]

丁允元墓是南宋淳熙二年（1175年）登二甲进士的丁允元的墓葬，占地约1900平方米。墓园在明崇祯五年（1632年）经过重修，1981年又修葺一次。1987年由潮州市人民政府定级保护；墓葬于2015年12月10日进入广东省第八批省级名录。[7]

物产[edit]

磷溪的杨桃、香蕉、橙等水果在当地享有名牌之誉，杨桃经高位嫁接改良后普及率较高。统计显示，2002年果园面积合6654亩，当年产果11083吨，优质杨桃的普及率为90％。[2]

溪口村地处韩江下游，土壤为冲积土，土层深厚，适宜种植香蕉。据博雅地名网载，清康熙四十二年（1703年），本村举人刘时颖从番禺县带回香蕉良种。[1] 仙田松番薯则传说自明朝由南洋引进。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2021年10月和2022年10月，磷溪镇先后入选「2021年淘宝镇」「2022年淘宝镇」名单，2021年那一次，名单由阿里研究院与南京大学空间规划研究中心一道公布。磷溪镇于2024年3月获评「2023年广东省卫生乡镇」，2026年3月，又被认定为「广东省第三批百千万工程典型村镇」。[1]
