高厝塘村隶属广东省潮州市湘桥区凤新街道，在潮州市区以北6公里、韩江西岸，是革命老区村。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

1987年1月设立村民委员会，1989年12月改设管理区委员会，1999年5月恢复为村委会，沿用至今。[2]

革命历史[edit]

村子属于土地革命和解放战争时期的革命老区。韩江纵队在解放战争时期于村内设过秘密联络点。[1]

2020年5月，村里动工修缮「韩江纵队高厝塘秘密联络点」等红色革命遗址。[1]

地貌与产业[edit]

村子三面环山、一面临水，潮松公路贯穿全境。村里居民以农业人口为多，通行潮州话。[1]

村集体经济以水果种植为主，种有龙眼、橄榄等经济作物3000余株。[1]

村里建成高厝塘湿地公园，利用山后武工队活动遗址与联络点渡口等红色资源发展生态旅游；村内设有民宿、智慧停车场，并有幼儿园1所。[1]

村集体经济在2023年的收入为200多万元。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2020年12月，高厝塘村上榜「2020年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）创建单位名单」。[2]

司法部与民政部在2023年1月命名高厝塘村为「第九批全国民主法治示范村（社区）」。[2]

2023年11月，高厝塘村获认定为「第三批全国乡村治理示范村」。[2]

2024年4月，高厝塘村入选「广东省第一批乡村振兴示范村」创建名单。[2]

2025年3月，高厝塘村被命名为「第七届全国文明村镇」。[2]
