同乐社区在石岐西北约14.4公里处，东面紧贴105国道，区内有北部排灌渠穿过，总面积4.01平方公里。区内主干道包括龙昌路和广福大道。社区有东升高级中学、同乐小学和同乐幼儿园三所公办学校。[1]

社区名称出自区内的同乐路：2001年改制成立时，便以路名命名。2022年11月，社区被认定为「2022年度第二批中山市绿色社区」。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1959年此地归高沙二大队。1961年，该队分出同乐、龙生两个大队，划归小榄区鸡笼公社。[1]

1984年两大队合并为同乐乡，1986年改称同乐村委会，属东升镇。2001年改为社区，2021年6月起并入小榄镇，此据博雅地名网所载。[1]
